At Thick Ass Glass, we stand behind the durability and quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Clean and Inspect

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition; for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any glassware that has been used or contains residue.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in the original Thick Ass Glass box with sufficient padding and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
